Could call them 'bunnies' rather than 'spares'. Not decided yet but 'bunnies' would make more sense on the mambers terminal stats.

For the 1st three games ALL the players will be mixed up. Only in the last game which will be scored for the league, will the registered teams play as a team.

Any spares/bunnies will not be able to play in the last game. So Relentless will only be able to play 6 Players. If 8 turn up, then 2 will have to miss the league game.

This will hopefully encourage spares/bunnies to come in a team, or form one amongst themselves to join the league.

We will see how it goes on Wednesday.

I am planning on changing the format of Team Night.
The changes will be:

1. When individuals arrive they will sign themselves into a team (maximum of 6)
2. Any players not in a team will put themselves in as a 'Spare'
3. All players will then be randomly mixed up to create the most competitive team.
4. Teams will play 3 games.

At the end of the 3 mixed games, full teams that have signed in at the beginning can go in for an additional final game in a league points scoring system.

The reason for doing this is to reward players for turning up in a team, create more closely contested games, start a team league and also allow new players to learn from more experienced players without getting thrashed!

I am planning on trying this on Wed 16th March.
